Business Systems Analyst

Role description

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting ADFS, Azure AD and PKI programs within the organization. You’ll be the innovative and insightful mind that serves as the on-site technical point of contact and cultural liaison for assigned functional and technical areas. This position will participate as an Azure Active Directory and MDM Intune Specialist to perform changes in Productive environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line of support and administration for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Azure AD and ADFS, as well as maintain PKI certificates for end users and devices.
  • Provide proactive Monitoring of all AAD/ADFS/AD DS environments.
  • Participate in SWAT and Incident related calls with application areas.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs for the AAD, AD DS and ADFS Infrastructure.
  • Creation and scheduling of Changes required for the execution of Infrastructure Tasks.
  • Plan and execute ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements Incident investigation, diagnosis, and incident resolution.
  • Utilize knowledge of Windows with basic scripting skills for platform support.
  • with working knowledge of AAD / AD DS.
  • Communicate and present to executive level stakeholders e.g. Board Members, Management Committee, Operating Committee, and other senior leadership forums.
  • Perform Log Reviews with the ability to identify errors/issues and troubleshoot.
  • Utilize Windows MFA and Windows Hello strong knowledge to provide daily support for enrollment.
  • Collaborate with various technical teams to correct and validate information, Interact and escalate technical issues within the company and / or with external technical resources when necessary.
  • Ability to work with clients and technical staff to assist in root cause analysis, working well under pressure and tight timelines to produce successful results.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant AAD / AD DS / including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, ISAM and other cloud/federated Identity Management systems.
  • Experience in management and administration of domains and Experience in domain security administration, domain user support experience and domain architecture knowledge solid knowledge of access policies, GPO administration.
  • Azure AD, Hybrid Identity, Hybrid Windows 10, Intune, Cloud authentication, Azure AD Conditional and Zero Trust Access advanced knowledge.
  • Ability to update in CMDB, diagrams and information of domain devices.
  • Working knowledge of ADFS, Powershell scripting, Networking (DNS, Load Balancers, OSI model, Firewalls), and Windows Administration platforms including: Hardware performance and capacity commands, Text editors (commands, etc.).
  • Work with clients and technical staff to assist in root cause analysis, under pressure and timelines producing successful results.
  • ITIL knowledge (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management).
  • Experience working with ticketing systems: ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.
