Program Manager
Role description
The Program Manager is responsible for supporting Executive level management and leading the planning, execution and delivery of migration programs. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that plans are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide direction and guidance for a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to client specifications. This role will work side-by-side with VP of Operations to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring all programs are orchestrated through integrated planning, communicating and interacting with stakeholders to drive initiatives to conclusion, and tracking risks and issues. The role requires someone with strong program management experience and extensive knowledge in Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe), as well as procedures focused on business processes and system integrations.
Job Duties:
· Plan, coordinate and manage delivery of defined project milestones for a large transformation program demanding the participation of multiple teams across the organization.
· Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and manage program expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
· Prepare financial reports and provide updates to senior management on program financial performance.
· Drive operational and planning processes to completion in partnership with the executive team and the broader organization regarding IT and technology integrations.
· Help define scope and deliverables that support objectives in collaboration with the integration teams, technical teams, IT leadership and other stakeholders.
· Develop integration plans & timelines; participate in ongoing project planning activities to include schedule development, resource allocation, issue prioritization, risk management, communication planning. Identify and manage program dependencies and critical path.
· Manage relationships with stakeholders to influence and negotiate timelines and deliverables.
· Monitor and manage program risks throughout program lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
· Maintain a risk register and ensure all risks are documented and communicated to relevant parties.
· Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
· Conduct regular program reviews and audits to assess program performance and quality and ensure all programs deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
· Implement process improvements to enhance program quality and efficiency.
· Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including programs plans, status reports, and meeting minutes in addition to presenting program reports to senior management and stakeholders.
· Constantly seek exceptional results that help client drive internal change and continuous improvement.
Education & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Bilingual in English & Spanish
· 7+ years of structured program management experience with a proven delivery track record
· Demonstrated success with organizational change management and transformations
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations and executive reporting
· Demonstrated ability to identify dependencies and risks, and when to escalate problematic scenarios.
· Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
