Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops project work plans following PMI best practices and reports to PMO.
• Establishes project scope, objectives, and goals.
• Defines required tasks, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
• Coordinates and directs project activities to ensure adherence to the work plan, for both internal resources and external suppliers.
• Coordinates with department executives to allocate resources for the project.
• Maintains constant communication with all project stakeholders according to the Communication Plan strategy.
• Identifies project risks and develops a Risk Management Plan.
• Manages the budget for assigned projects.
• Documents project-related issues to facilitate and track resolution.
• Documents and reports decisions, changes, and project progress to the committee, senior management, and support staff.
• Adheres to PMO standards and processes in preparing project documents and during the project management lifecycle.
• Participates in special projects and tasks as required.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in management or information systems with five (5) years of project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in MS Project.
• Prior experience with agile project management methodologies and related terminologies.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA or similar is preferable.
• Analytical skills, case evaluation, and accurate decision-making.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines. Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with priority setting.
• PMP or Agile SAFe certification a plus

The Cloud IAM Specialist will participate, review, monitor, analyze and maintain enterprise identity lifecycle management activities (provisioning, controls, roles, policies, recertification, Privileged Access Management etc.) across AWS cloud environments. Review incident logs within IAM Cloud Solutions following DevOps processes and drive integrations of applications and data configurations. The ideal person will be able to provide support to IAM environments, such as monitor security logs and reports to detect and respond to potential security breaches. 

The Program Manager is responsible for supporting Executive level management and leading the planning, execution and delivery of migration programs. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that plans are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide direction and guidance for a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to client specifications. This role will work side-by-side with VP of Operations to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring all programs are orchestrated through integrated planning, communicating and interacting with stakeholders to drive initiatives to conclusion, and tracking risks and issues. The role requires someone with strong program management experience and extensive knowledge in Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe), as well as procedures focused on business processes and system integrations. 

The Data/Business Analyst will function as the liaison between the technical and internal/external teams & clientele reviewing, analyzing, evaluating and documenting business data regarding large, complex IT integration and customer migration projects. Create, present and document reports and dashboards to present, explain and review analysis/findings with team members and client personnel. Utilize PowerBI, Tableau and MS Excel (Macros) to manage and present data. The ideal person for this job possesses technical skills to generate necessary reports/dashboards and present interpretations of data to upper management in a clear concise manner and can develop and document new operational processes, business rules policies and conduct UAT duties while supporting training functions.
